Get Well Soon

Today I'm sharing a card I made for my Grandma who has been in the hospital for a over a week, feeling under the weather.  Thought this might cheer her up a little.

I created this Curvy Gatefold base after seeing a few floating around the web.  Thought it was something different and cute.  I used my Chomas Creations Embossing tip to add score lines to the card.  And of course I had to decorate it with an adorable KaDoodle Bug Designs file ~ perfect file for this card.

I used a washi tape die to create the perfect place for my sentiment, which also helps keep the card closed.

The inside has plenty of room to write a loving memo.  I added the adorable nurse bear from the set as well.  She's so perfect!!

On to the fun part of creating...

Got all mat full with all my paper choices and notice the cool embossing tip!  Makes it so much easier than getting the scoreboard out lol

The most adorable bear ever peeking over the Band-Aid.  I love this file and it definitely will be my go to file for get well cards.
