Happy Holidays!

Been a little behind with my Christmas cards as I'm still recovering from surgery - not easy to have your dominate hand arm worked on.  But I'm here today to share this adorable cutie with y'all.

I absolutely LOVE this paperstack I got from Michaels a few years back and have to find another one like it.  The colors are very non-traditional, but they are so fun to work with!

This card has followed the current Sketch and Color Challenge from Your Next Stamp.

MFT Die-namics ~ Washi Tape Dies

Thanks!

I'm always up for a good challenge and I was super excited to give this months Pink and Main Thanks/Gratitude Challenge a shot.  I wanted to focus on using only their products for this project and I think it turned out so cute =)

I decided to create a library pocket which will allow for a few little goodies to be added.  What better way to say "Thanks" to someone than a little handwritten note, a bookmark and some goodies.  The little leaves are stamped with Distress Markers for a touch of fall.

I stamped part of the sunflower on Kraft cardstock and then colored up the beautiful image with Prismacolor Pencils.

Is the little elephant not the cutest?!?

For this card, I used the following goodies:
Pink and Main ~ Take Flight 6x6 Paper Pad
Pink and Main ~ Happy Fall Stamps
Pink and Main ~ Plane Sweet Stamps
Pink and Main ~ Plane Sweet Dies
Pink and Main ~ Sunflowers Stamps
Prismacolor Pencils
Sizzix Library Pocket Die
My Minds Eye Tickled Pink Paper
Bazzill Cardstock
Colorbox Chalks
Scrap Ribbon
Distress Markers (Forest Moss, Barn Door, Ripe Persimmon)
Kraft Cardstock
Recollections Black Pen

Warmest Winter Wishes

Another Christmas card for the holiday season!  I've been trying to get one card done each day so everyone on my list will receive a handmade card.

I followed along with the Your Next Stamp Color Challenge and Sketch Challenge for this card.  It's so much fun to push yourself with colors and pick outside the comfort zone.

The color palette was dark blue, red, yellow, brown and grey.  I used 4 of the colors ~ yellow for the scarf; grey for the hat; blue for the night sky; and red for the momma's hat.

For this card I used the following goodies:
Your Next Stamp ~ Snowman Family Clear Stamp
Prismacolor Pencils
Your Next Stamp ~ Stitched Line Die
Me & My Big Ideas Cardstock
DCWV Winter Magic Stack
MFT ~ Dienamics Washi Tape Dies
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
White Gelly Roll Pen

Warm Fuzzies

Before we know it, the deadline to ship those adorable Christmas cards will soon be here.  I'm trying to get all my cards done early this year and really want to make each one special.  When I found this ADORABLE stamp from Gerda Steiner Designs called Warm Fuzzies.  Is this not the cutest stamp?!?!

I colored up my little bear using Prismacolor Pencils and love how cute this image turned out.  The night sky was super fun to color and adding a little snowfall really adds that something special.  The sentiment is also included in this stamp set.

For this card, I used the following:
Gerda Steiner Designs ~ Warm Fuzzies Clear Stamp
Prismacolor Pencils
Recollections Christmas Noel Stack
Bazzill Cardstock
Archival Jet Black Ink
Snowflake Ribbon
White Gelly Roll Pen

Thanks for stopping by!
