Easter Bunny Card

Friday!!  Yay =)  So glad the weekend has finally arrived.  Today I'm sharing another shaped card I created.

I created the card in SCAL then cut it with my Explore.  They do not have an offset/shadow function yet but Still pleased with the cuts I get from the machine.  The little band on the card opens up so you can write a little message.

This bunny came from the CF April file from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

Enjoy your weekend!

Lucky Treat Box

Seems I sorta jumped right from Valentine's Day to Easter and missed St. Patty's Day.  So I decided to create a little treat box just for the special day =)

I created this box in the Cricut Design Space ~ which I was so excited to accomplish!  I attached the cute little pot of gold to the front with a little bear that was a little too eager to dive in.

You can find the bear at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs in the "My Lucky Charm" set.

Monsters are cute =)

Not all monsters are scary =)

This is a new file from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs called Mommy's Little Monster Collection.
The set includes everything you need to make a complete layout!  How cool is that?  Instead, I chose to use some of the elements on a card instead.

I have ALWAYS loved this movie and was so excited to get the chance to create something with my favorite blue monster and one eyed green friend.  They are so cute.  And I thought the sentiment was very fitting since they truly were best buds.

Hope you enjoy your day!

Bunny Belly Box

Good morning everyone!  I don't know about you, but I'm over this cold snap! So I'm thinking Spring, Spring, Spring.  Hopefully it will be right around the corner.

Today I'm sharing a little something I'm very proud to have created!!  I've only had my Explore since December and the software has been a challenge as I'm so used to the Silhouette Studio and SCAL.  But I was determined to make this work in DS.

Finally had success over the weekend and created this little belly box!!  Yay!!

I used the Pudgy Bunnies file from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs to create this adorable little bunny belly box.

I used the following to create this cutie:
Recollections Card stock
Bazzil Card stock
Liquid Pearls
Chalk
Gelly Roll Pen
Recollections Black Pen

Mousy Gnome Card

Well I've been playing around more in the Design Software for my Explore and learning as I go.  It's so much different than the Cameo Design Studio and SCAL but I'm making it work for the most part lol

Today I am sharing a cute shaped card I made.  I like to create these types of cards since they are not the normal square/rectangle bases.

I set everything where I wanted it in DS and welded it together.  I then duplicated it to create the back.  When it came time to adhere them, I scored it just below the roof and glued them together.  Then I pieced all the individual pieces together and this is the result =)

This file is called Mousy Gnomes from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.  It is available here.

I am entering my card in Die Cuttin Divas Ch. #203: Odd Card
